There is no better person for the job than Katie and her team!! From our very first meeting Katie put us at ease with her knowledge, organization, kindness and enthusiasm for our big day! Her attention to detail was next level as she made sure we were on track every month leading up to our wedding. We had lots of crazy and unique ideas along the way and Katie always responded with a yes and a smile and figured out a way to make it happen. She transformed our venue into our dream ceremony/ reception space, we truly could not have done it without her :’) As a very type A person myself I needed someone I could trust to get the job done the right way and Katie exceeded every expectation!!

I literally cannot say better things about Katie! Katie went above and beyond!! We were supposed to have two wedding coordinators provided by our event service, however my family and I never saw them that day. Thankfully we had Katie!! She handled any task that was asked of her with a smile on her face, grace and determination. Since we didn’t have the coordinators, Katie took it upon herself to que everyone down the aisle for our ceremony; if she wasn’t there I probably would’ve had to do that myself!! The day honestly might’ve been a disaster if she wasn’t there. She is not only extremely driven and hard-working, but she is the SWEETEST girl! You absolutely need her for your big day!

I cannot recommend Beloved Events and Rentals enough. We hired Katie for day of coordinating services for our wedding. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, Katie was frequently checking in on our wedding planning and prompt in all communication. Day of the wedding she was everything! She beautifully set up our venue using the great decor through her rentals, as well as cleaned up all of our items while we were able to continuing enjoying our guests. She coordinated with our other vendors to make the day of our wedding run so smoothly. I had no stress thanks to Katie! I wish I could have another wedding just so I could use her services again! I am pushing all of our friends to use her services. If we could give greater than a five-star rating we would!

Katie made me and my husband feel extremely comfortable with the logistics of the day! We actually had never met face to face but i felt like we were best friends from our virtual meetings and weekly texts leading up to the wedding. You definitely have to trust the process with wedding planning and trust your coordinator! The check ins on me on the day of the wedding were exactly what i needed! Forever grateful

Our day would not have been the most special day of our lives if it wasn’t for Katie. She was the only reason I was stress free on the day of. She dealt with everything and anything and I didn’t even have to lift a finger. She brought me drinks and desserts and made sure everything ran smoothly. She even did stuff for us AFTER the wedding like pick up our seating chart sign that was left behind. We are forever grateful and thankful for her and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a coordinator on their big day!!!
